Who's behind the business?

Jack started in the electrical trade at 17. After qualifying, he built up his own successful electrical business from scratch in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. As EV installs became a bigger and bigger part of the work, he kept seeing the same problem: customers stuck trawling through electricians and quotes, with no easy way to tell who actually knew what they were doing.
